On August 27th at 2:14 pm The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrest Robert J. Powers, 34 for Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor. Towers is accused of taking several items from Tops and then leaving the store without paying for them. Towers was arraigned in the Fayette Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash/ $1,000 bail.
