The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on the 11th of September around 2:10 am Sheriffs Deputies arrested Casey L. Parrish, 24 of 300 Elm Street in Clyde, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a civilian complaint that occurred around 1:42 am. Witnesses called to report a reckless driver all over the roadway on State Route 5 in the town of Tyre. The vehicle that Parrish was operating was observed swerving all over the roadway while traveling northbound on State Route 414 in the town of Tyre. While conducting an investigation, Sheriffs Deputies discovered that Parrish was operating while intoxicated with alcohol. Parrish has been charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated, and Failure to Keep Right. Parrish is to appear in the Town of Tyre Court on the 15th of September at 5:00 pm.
