Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 9th 2015 at 11:30 pm Deputies arrested Daniel S MacGill, 20 of 1126 Hecker Road in Waterloo, and Jacob A Hubbs, 19 of 2227 Burgess Road in Waterloo, for Disorderly Conduct. Sheriff’s Deputies on patrol observed them engaged in a physical altercation outside of a Town of Waterloo business. Deputies also report, Deputies arrested Joshua A Morgan, 20 of 105 ½ East Main Street in Waterloo, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance in the 7th degree and Courtney B Bower, 18 of 1256 Hecker Road in Waterloo, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance in the 7th degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The charges stem from an investigation of a motor vehicle Bower was found to be operating around the time of the physical altercation. Hubbs was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed on $250 cash bail $750 secured bond. MacGill was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed on $500 cash bail $1000 secured bond. Morgan was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed on $10,000 cash bail $20,000 secured bond. Bower was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on September 23rd to answer the charges.All three are to appear at a later date to answer the charges.
