The vehicle that was operated by Griswold was towed away from the scene due to the registration that was displayed on the vehicle belonged to another vehicle. Griswold was issued UTT’s for unregistered motor vehicle, displaying a false license plate, operating out of class and no front registration plate. All individuals were released on appearance tickets and are to appear at the Town of Ovid Court on October 6th at 10:00 am to answer the charges.
