On Wednesday at 12:59 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Shawna M. Dyboski, age 25 of 12 1/2 Church Street in Waterloo, on an arrest warrant that was issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for issuing a bad check.Dyboski was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was released on her own recognizance. Dyboski is scheduled to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 10/14/2015 at 10:00 am.
