On Wednesday at 7:55 pm the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Desmond R. Miller, age 21 of 62 Swift Street in Waterloo, on a warrant for the charges of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.It is alleged the suspect touched a sexual and intimate part of a 14-year-old female on August 9, 2015 while at his residence. The suspect was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was sent to the Seneca County Jail on $200 bail or $750 bond.The defendant is scheduled to come back to the Waterloo Village Court on 10/07/15 at 5:00 pm.A stay away order of protection was issued for the victim.
