On Thursday morning at 12:51 am, Geneva Police Marked Units were detailed to Genesee and State Streets for a report of a male throwing bottles in the roadway. Upon investigation and interview Jerome D. Bradley, 22-years-old of Rochester, was detained and found to be in possession of over 3 grams of crack cocaine and an amount of marijuana.The street value of the crack cocaine found on the suspect was in excess of $2,500-3,000 dollars.Crack cocaine, marijuana and $700 dollars in US currency was seized as a part of the investigation.Bradley was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, and was arraigned and held $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
