On Tuesday morning the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Tara Brink, age 29 of Rubin Drive in Rushville, for Petit Larceny and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.Brink was charged after she was seen on video stealing returnable cans from Two Can Dans. Brink was also found to be driving on a suspended license. Brink was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Village Court on September 21st to answer to both charges.
