Ovid man charged with trespassing

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on September 3rd at 12:35 pm Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Andrew M Weimer, 19 of 7206 Main Street Apt 1 in Ovid, for Trespass. It is alleged Weimer unlawfully entered the property of a Town of Ovid resident without permission. Weimer was arraigned in the Town of varick Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. Weimer is to appear in the Town of Ovid Court on September 8th to at 10:00 am to answer the charge.
