Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Matthew C. Wyckoff, 21 of 3865 County Road 139 in Ovid, on September 4th at 10:30 am for two counts of Criminal Mischief 4th degree. The arrest stems from a domestic incident that occurred in the Town’s of Varick and Ovid. Deputies state that Wyckoff is accused of destroying personal effects of a female victim as well as a stone driveway. Wyckoff was arraigned in the Town of Varick Court in front of Justice Ettman. Wychoff was ROR’ed and a class A order of protection was issued on the victims behalf. Wyckoff is to re appear on September 30th at 7 pm.
