On Sunday September 6 at 11:38 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Austin R. Deal, age 27 of 60 Case Avenue in Auburn, after the issuance of a warrant. Deal was charged with one count of Criminal Contempt in the second degree after he violated an order of protection, which was issued by Seneca County Family Court. Deal was processed and arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and released on his own recognizance. Deal is scheduled to re-appear in court on October 1st at 5:00 pm.
