The Seneca County Sheriff Office reports that on Friday at 5:00 pm Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Jedediah J. Shaw, age 33 of 17 Seneca Parkway in Auburn, for burglary 2nd degree (class D Felony) and grand larceny 3rd degree (class E. Felony).The charges stem from an investigation in which 2 rings valued at $7200 were stolen from a Town of Fayette residence on 06/17/15. Shaw was working for a painting company at the residence during that time period and Sheriff’s Investigators learned he pawned the jewelry in Auburn.Shaw was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail without bail. He is to re-appear in Court on 09/09/15 to answer to the charges.
