Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Tuesday at 4:30 am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Andrew M Weimer, 19 of 7206 State Route 96 in Ovid, for Trespass. It is alleged Weimer unlawfully entered the property of a Town of Ovid resident without permission. Weimer was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Ovid Court on September 29th to answer the charges.
