On August 26th at approximately 4:45 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Katrina M. Harter of Ridge Road in Williamson, NY on an Arrest Warrant for Violation of Conditional Sentence from a previous Petit Larceny charge. Harter was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash bail/$1000.00 ins bond. Harter is to reappear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on September 3rd at 5:00 pm.
