Seneca Falls bar fight ends with arrests

On Sunday at approximately 1:14 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police responded to Cowing Street for the report of a fight. Upon further investigation, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested William S. Larkin, age 26 of 707 West Sullivan Street in Olean, NY and Dylan J. Seneca, age 22 of 3215 Lake Road in Seneca Falls, NY. Larkin and Seneca are accused of engaging in a physical altercation with two other male victims, causing injuries to both of the victims. Both victims refused medical treatment at the scene. Seneca is accused of threatening to grab a gun from his vehicle and doing harm to four of the individuals on scene. After they were placed into custody, Seneca was found to be in possession of marijuana. Seneca was arrested for the following; 4 counts of Menacing in the 3rd, a class B misdemeanor, Disorderly Conduct, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, all violations. Seneca was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash/ $2,000 bond and is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 09/23/2015 at 9:00 am to answer to the charges. Larkin was arrested for the following; Assault 2nd and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd, both class D Felonies, and Disorderly Conduct. Larkin was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash/ $20,000 bond and is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 09/03/2015 at 9:30 am to answer to the charges.
