A teenager has died following a crash in Geneva on Friday near Pyramid Mall. State Police say 17-year-old Jelousis Pereria was riding a bike on County Road 6 near Routes 5 & 20.Investigators say the teenager was hit by a tractor-trailer and then dragged about 1,000 feet.The investigation is ongoing but the State Police do not believe the driver of the tractor-trailer is at fault.
