On Friday August 21 at 12:19 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicholas R. Cooper, age 20 of 3638 Center Road in Salamanca, New York following a traffic stop on Garden Street Extension for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% or more BAC, and Speed in Zone. 
Cooper was stopped after police observed him traveling at 83 mph in a 45 mph zone. Cooper was released on UTTs and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 31st at 6:00 pm.
