On August 19th at 3:03 pm the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Grant C. Frezzo, age 19 of 8194 Brown Road in Wolcott for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt second degree. Grant was arrested following a complaint of him contacting a village residence by phone and going to the residence house while a stay away order of protection was in effect keeping Grant away from the victim. While Police were investigating the allegations Grant drove by the residence in a car and was taken into custody by police. Grant also allegedly went to the victim’s house on August 18th while there was a stay away order of protection in effect. Grant was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and was released on his own recognizance. Another stay away order of protection was issued for the victim.
