Seneca County Sheriff’s Office report that on August 18th at approximately 4:32 am Deputies arrested Kilian S. Martin, age 20 of 1546 Caroline Road in Waterloo. The arrest stems from an incident the occurred at 1546 Caroline Road in Waterloo at around 3:46 am. During the investigation Deputies learned that Martin had taken a vehicle without permission and was driving with a suspended license. Deputies recovered a small amount of Marijuana in addition to drug paraphernalia. Martin was arraigned at the Town of Waterloo Court where he was charged with Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, AUO 3rd, UPM, and several other traffic offenses. Martin was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $750 cash $1500 bond. He is to reappear on August 20th at 7:00 pm at the Junius Town Court.
