The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Wednesday at 11:15 pm Deputies arrested 68 year old Wrexie L. Bardaglio of 9748 Arden Road in Trumansburg for DWI. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on State Route 96 in the Town of Covert after Deputies observed Bardaglio speeding and failing to keep right. Following further investigation, Bardaglio was found to be intoxicated and charged with DWI including operating a motor with .08%bac or greater. Bardaglio was issued utt’s and is to appear in the Town of Covert court on the 14th of September at 10:00 am.
