Ontario Co PBA to host Operation Clambake

The Ontario County Police Benevolent Association (PBA) will hold its first annual Operation Clambake in partnership with Nedloh’s Brewing Company and King’s Catering. All proceeds from this event will go to support a scholarship fund that will be offered to all of the schools in Ontario County to a student who aspires to be a law enforcement officer as well as other community programs.The inaugural event will be held on August 29, 2015 from 12 pm to 5 pm on the grounds of Nedloh’s Brewing Company located on Rt 5 & 20 in Bloomfield. King’s Catering will provide little neck clams, pig roast, chicken bbq, and all the fixings. We will be serving beer brewed on site at Nedloh’s as well as offering opportunities for tasting. Heron Hill Winery will supply the wine for the event. Soda, water, and desserts will also be available. Chairs and games will be set up on the sprawling countryside and would like to thank the Ski Company for allowing us to use their space for parking. Also, many of our generous local businesses have made donations for our raffle baskets and door prizes.The Ontario County PBA consists of member of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Road Patrol. President, Investigator Bill Wellman; “We are all looking forward to this event. I think it will give an opportunity for our members to get to know the community we serve as well as for the community to get to know us and learn about some of the ways we give back.” We are looking forward to hosting Senator Funk, Assemblyman Brian Kolb and a representative from Congressman Collins office.
