The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on August 2nd at 01:12 am the Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Zackery S. Fisher, age 21 of 984 Waterloo/Geneva Road in Waterloo, in the Town of Waterloo for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. It is alleged Fisher prevented a Town of Waterloo resident from using a phone to contact emergency services during a domestic incident. Fisher was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and released on his own recognizance and is to reappear in the Town of Waterloo Court on August 13th at 1:30 pm to answer for the charges.
