On Saturday at approximately 5:15 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Nicholette A. Navarro, age 21 of 1651 Gravel Road in Seneca Falls, for Criminal Trespass 3rd, Obstructing Governmental Administration, and Resisting Arrest. Navarro is accused of boarding a privately owned boat that was docked on Cowing Street and refused to leave after being told by the owners. After being placed into custody, she refused Officers orders, became belligerent, and tried to prevent Officers from handcuffing her. Navarro was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail/$1000 insurance bond. Navarro is to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 26th at 9:00 am.
