Police say Penn Yan woman gave false statement

Late last week, Penn Yan Village Police arrested and charged Donna K. Clark with making a punishable false written statement.Clark reported and gave a detailed statement of an alleged incident to Penn Yan Police and, after a police investigation into the allegations, discovered that Clark had made up parts of the alleged incident and gave a false statement to police.Clark was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Penn Yan Court at a later date.
