The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on 07/29/15 at approximately 6:31 pm Deputies responded to State Route 318 at Nine Foot Rd for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.After investigation it was found Kristin N. Hadsell, age 38 of 31 Genesee Street in Geneva, was operating a green Chrysler Town and County van north bound on Nine Foot Rd. Hadsell was accompanied by two passengers Angel L. Rivera, age 24 of 655 Wilkins Street in Rochester and Samuel L. McCollough, age 25 of 630 Day St. in Rochester.Hadsell failed to yield to the right of way to Kirk D. Kent, age 56 of 45 Marie Ave Newark, who was operating a flat bed tow truck west bound on State Route 318. Hadsell continued on north bound off of Nine Foot Rd straight into the intersection of State Route 318 as Kent was traveling West through the intersection.Both vehicle collided and all parties involved sustained injury. Hadsell and Rivera were transported to Strong Memorial Ho spital by ambulance and McCollough was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by Lifenet Helicopter.Kent was checked over for minor injuries. Hadsell was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor, operating without insurance and several other traffic infractions. Hadsell is to appear in the Town of Junius court 08/25/15 at 7:00pm to answer to the charges. Deputies were assisted on scene by New York State Police, Junius Fire and Rescue, North Seneca Ambulance and Life Net.
