The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday at about 5:30 pm, Deputies arrested 43 year old Amy L. Tunison of 78 State Street in Manchester for 3 counts of Petit Larceny.The arrest stems from in investigation into Tunison writing 3 illegible checks which had insuffiicent funds to cover them , to a town of Junius business back in October of 2014.Tunison was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $750 cash, $1,500 bond.Tunison is to appear in the Town of Junius Court on the 25th of August to answer the charges. Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies were assisted by Deputies from the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
