The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on July 31st at 1:34am, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 23 year old Eliana Bellnier of 217 N Seward Ave in Auburn following a traffic stop on State Route 318 in the Town of Tyre. Bellnier was stopped for an inadequate tail light, and following further investigation she was charged with Unlawful possession of Marijuana and Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree ( Class A misdemeanor). Deputies report that Bellnier posessed a quantity of marihuana and 12 Methylphenidate, or ritalin pills without a prescription. Bellnier was issued appearance tickets and is to be in the Town of Tyre Court on the 26th of August at 7pm to answer the charges.
