On Monday July 27th at 9:52 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Cory A. Marr, age 23 of 2021 Clyde-Marengo Road in Clyde, on an active Warrant for Violation of Conditional Sentence, a charge that stems from a previous petit larceny arrest in the Town of Seneca Falls. Marr is accused of violating the terms of his conditional discharge. Marr was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1000 cash/$2,000 insurance bond. Marr is scheduled to answer the charge on August 12th at 9:30 am in the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
