The Seneca County Office reports that early Monday morning at about 12:00 am Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 14 year old male Juvenile at 4887 State Route 96A in the Town of Varick. Sheriff’s Deputies report the arrest stems from an incident that occurred at the above address. It is alleged that the juvenile got upset, broke a florescent light bulb into pieces, and threatened to stab staff members. The Juvenile was charged with Menacing in the second degree and is to appear to family court at a later date.
