On Friday just after 1:00 am, Penn Yan police arrested Travis F. Vermilye, age 21 of Stark Avenue in Penn Yan, after he and several others were located trespassing on private property and led police on a short foot pursuit.Officer located Vermilye hiding under a vehicle in a driveway on Clinton Street and he was subsequently arrested.Vermilye was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and arraigned in the Village of Penn Yan Court. He was remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond.
