Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Friday morning at 10:55 am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mark J. Prentice, age 36 of 41 Church Street in Waterloo, for Criminal Contempt 1st, Harassment 2nd, and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd. Charges stem from a domestic incident on July 16th where it is alleged that Prentice had unwanted physical contact with a Town of Waterloo resident and held the person against their will, while there was a order of protection in effect. Prentice was arraigned before Town of Waterloo Justice Folk and committed to the Seneca County Correction Facility in lieu of no bail. Prentice will reappear in Waterloo Town Court on August 4th.
