On Wednesday at 2:04 am, Geneva Police responded to a report of an Armed Robbery at Express Mart at 185 North Exchange Street in Geneva.An amount of US Currency and Blunts were taken.The suspect did possess a handgun and is described as a black make, approximately 5’2″ to 5’6″, dressed in a hooded black sweatshirt and pants.
Suspect was last seen running on Route 14 headed back into the City of Geneva.A large canvas area both with Geneva Police, NYS Police and Ontario County, K9 was unsuccessful in apprehending the suspect. At this time, GPD is following up on leads and continuing to canvas the area. Anyone with any knowledge of this Robbery is urged to call the Geneva Police Department.
