Geneva man charged with selling heroin in Waterloo

On Monday evening at about 8:57 pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators arrested Adam J. Bailey, age 23 of 186 North Genesee Street in Geneva, on ten Class B Felonies relating to the sale and distribution of heroin in Seneca County.It is alleged that Bailey transported heroin into Seneca County and sold heroin in the Village of Waterloo on five separate occasions.Bailey was taken into custody by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and turned over to Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies. Bailey was charged with five counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and five counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.Bailey was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $7,500 cash bail/$12,000 secured bond. Bailey is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on July 30, 2015 at 9 am.
