On 07/17/2015 at approximately 11:19am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brittany R. Bryan, age 26 of 58 Seymour St. Apt 2 Auburn, NY 13021. Bryan was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Bryan’s arrest stems from a traffic stop that was conducted on Monday 07/13/15 on Ovid St. in the Town of Seneca Falls. While stopped Seneca Falls Police Officer found numerous pills inside Bryan’s vehicle. It was later determined that the pills were a controlled substance. Bryan was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 08/06/15 at 10am to answer the charge.The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on 07/23/15 at 5:14 pm Deputies arrested Cody G. Cornish, age 25 of Geneva, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth degree. Deputies responded to 1304 Marshall Rd for the report of a possible trespass. After further investigation it was discovered Cornish had an amount of Marijuana in his possession as well as an illegal weapon. Cornish was arrested on scene and released on appearance tickets. Cornish is due to appear in the Town of Fayette Court 08/19/15 at 7:00pm to answer to the charges.Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on Saturday July 25th, 2015 at approximately 5:25PM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Alaina L. Smith age 21, of 932 Dunham Road Waterloo, New York for unlawful possession of marijuana. Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a domestic dispute to a residence in the Town of Waterloo where they found Smith to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Smith was arrested and released on a appearance ticket. Smith is to appear before the Town of Waterloo Court on August 13th, 2015 at 1:30PM to answer the charge. Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on Sunday July 26th, 2015 at approximately 3:12PM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 15 year old Town of Varick juvenile for falsely reporting an incident in the 2nd degree. Sheriff’s Deputies and the Varick Fire Department responded to a Town of Varick business where a fire alarm was pulled and no fire or emergency was found. The 15 year old juvenile was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear before the Seneca County Probation Department at a later date. The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports the on the 25th of July 2015 around 3:13 am, Sheriffs Deputies arrested David C. Usher 62 of 5211 Searsburg Rd Trumansburg NY for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred on State Route 96 in the Town of Fayette around 2:58am after deputies observed the vehicle that Usher was operating swerving over the yellow line and white line several times. During the investigation, sheriffs deputies learned that Usher was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Usher has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or Higher and Failure to keep right. Usher is to appear in the Town of Fayette Court on the 19th of August 2015 at 7:00pmThe Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on July 23rd at 10pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 22 year old Scott G. Champlin of 3015 Cosad Road in Seneca Falls for 1 count of Petit Larceny. Deputies were called to the Cosad residence for a domestic dispute involving Scott and a Male victim. Through their investigation, Deputies learned that Scott was stealing prescription pills from the male victim Scott was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Fayette court on the 19th of August at 7pm to answer the charges.
