The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on July 24th, 2015 at 9:24pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Dale A. Jenney, age 54, of 3336 Woodland Ferry Rd, Seaford DE , on State Route 96 in the Town of Waterloo.He was charged with Driving while intoxicated, Driving with a BAC of .08% or greater, and speed in zone and is to appear before the Town of Waterloo, Justice Folk on August 26th, 2015 at 1:30pm to answer the charges.
