On Thursday at 11:35 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Frances D Rivkin, age 47 residing at 29 Chapel Street in Seneca Falls, on a Failure to Pay Fine warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Rivkin was released on her own recognizance and is to appear to answer the charge on September 3rd at 5:00 pm in the Seneca Falls Town Court.
