Penn Yan man arrested after domestic dispute

On Thursday evening the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Archie B. Castle III, age 46 of Lake Street in Penn Yan, after an investigation of a domestic incident that took place at his residence.Castle was alleged to have engaged in a physical confrontation where he pushed the victim in the presence of a child. Castle was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd. He was arraigned in the Village of Penn Yan Court and released on his own recognizance.Castle will reappear in the Village Court at a later date to answer the charges.
