The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Wednesday at 10:30 pm Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Shane R. Luffman, age 27 of 1076 Waterloo/Geneva Road, Lot 1A, in Waterloo, in the Town of Waterloo for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. It is alleged Luffman was in possession of stolen property from a Town of Waterloo resident. While conducting the investigation, Luffman was observed operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license. Luffman was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash bail, $1000 secured bond. Luffman is to reappear in the Town of Waterloo Court on August 13th to answer the charges.
