The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday at 4:45 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Kenneth J. Coykendall, age 35 of Waterloo, for Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Accident, a class A misdemeanor after deputies responded to a hit and run motor vehicle accident on Whiskey Hill Road. It is alleged that Coykendall was driving a garbage truck north bound on Whiskey Hill Rd. as another male was driving a flatbed south bound on Whiskey Hill Road. Coykendall and the male were involved in a sideswipe accident.The male driving the flatbed sustained lacerations to the face and was transported by ambulance to Geneva General Hospital. Coykendall left the scene of the accident and failed to report the incident to Police.Coykendall was released on an appearance ticket and due in the Junius Court 08/25/15 at 7:00 pm to answer to the charge.
