On Sunday at 1:26 PM the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Carrie A Peters, age 34, of 46 1/2 Orchard Street Auburn, NY for AUO 3rd, Following Too Close, Violation of Restricted License and Operating Other Vehicle Without Interlock Device.Peters was arrested following an investigation of a property damage motor vehicle accident where she allegedly struck another vehicle on Cayuga Street. Peters was released on UTT’s and has to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 13, 2015 at 10:00 AM to answer her current charges.
