On Thursday July 16th the Penn Yan Police Department arrested 21 year old Jason D. Dunaway, of no permanent address, with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest stems from an investigation where it was found that Dunaway gave alcohol to a minor on July 4th on the Keuka Outlet Trail.Dunaway was given an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Village of Penn Yan Court at a later date.
