On Monday at 10:56 am the Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested James A. Cardin, age 33 of 236 Spring Road in Clifton Springs, on a Seneca County Family Court Warrant of Arrest. Cardin was being released from the Ontario County Jail on unrelated charges when Seneca County Deputies arrested Cardin. Cardin was arraigned before Town of Junius Court and committed to the Seneca County Jail with no bail.
