On July 10th at approximately 11:07 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Richard E. Kelsey, age 57 of 1288 Hecker Road in Waterloo, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and Violation of Probation.
The vehicle Kelsey was operating became disabled near the intersection of Cayuga Street and Fall Street in the Town of Seneca Falls, and it was discovered that Kelsey’s license privileges in NYS were suspended. Kelsey was also wanted on a Violation of Probation Warrant. Kelsey was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash/ $1,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 6th at 5:00 pm.
