The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday at 11:00 pm the Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kevin M Arndt, 22 of 34 Bridge Street in Seneca Falls, at the Seneca County Fair Grounds in the Village of Waterloo for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Arndt had been previously banned from the fairgrounds earlier in the evening due to his behavior. Arndt then returned to the fairgrounds and while Deputies were attempting to escort Arndt off the property he became belligerent causing public alarm and actively resisted while Deputies were effecting an arrest. Arndt was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $750 cash bail, $1500 secured bond. Arndt is to reappear in the Village of Waterloo Court on August 5th to answer the charges.
