Lodi woman charged with DWI

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on the Friday around 2:49 am on County Road 143 in the Town of Covert, Sheriffs Deputies arrested Liana R. Gebhardt, 29 of 1915 Smith Road in Lodi, for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured on County Road 143 in the Town of Covert around 2:23 am on the 17th of July after Sheriffs Deputies observed the vehicle that Gebhardt was operating to be swerving all over the road. Gebhardt has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with .08% BAC or higher, and Failure to keep right. Gebhardt was issued appearance tickets and is to re appear in the Covert Town Court on the 17th of August at 10:00 am to answer the charges.
