The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday the Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Craig N Pemberton, 41 of 8424 State Route 96 in Lodi, on State Route 96 in the Town of Covert. Sheriff’s Deputies discovered Pemberton while checking out a suspicious vehicle at a town of Covert business. Pemberton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. Pemberton was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Covert Court on August 17th to answer the charges.
