The Seneca County Sheriffs Office Reports that on Friday around 4:17 pm the Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Courtney L. Adams, 18 of 25 Fort Hill Avenue Apt 1 in Canandaigua, for Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrests stems from an incident that occurred on State Route 5 & 20 in the Town of Waterloo around 3:25 pm on the 17th of July. After conducting an investigation, Sheriffs Deputies learned that Adams was a passenger inside a vehicle that was traveling eastbound on State Route 5 & 20 and is alleged that Adams grabbed the steering wheel during a verbal domestic, causing the vehicle to swerve and loose control with a one year old child in the vehicle. Nobody was injured in the event. Adams was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls and was ROR’d. Adams is to re-appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on the 22 of July 2015 at 1:30 pm.
