On June 25th the Waterloo Police Department arrested Anthony J. Tiberio, age 28 of 962 Rabbit Ear Pass in Victor, for Attempted Petit Larceny. Tiberio was observed entering an unlocked vehicle and going through the car until the owner came out and chased him on foot. The owner of the vehicle then discovered that Tiberio was actually attempting to steal his car due to the damage found to the ignition. He was arrested moments later and sent to SCCF on $250/$500 bail to reappear on 7/15/15.Tiberio was re-arrested on charges of Attempted Grand Larceny 4th and Criminal Mischief 4th on Wednesday. He was remanded back to SCCF on $250/$500 bail with separate criminal cases pending as well.
