Wednesday morning at 8:33 am Seneca Falls Police arrested Samuel D. Morich, age 24 of 892 Ringwood Road Apt 3 in Ithaca, on a Warrant for Failure to Appear on a previous charge of Petit Larceny on 9/15/14. Morich was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court with Honorable Struzyk and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $300.00 cash bail. Morich is to reappear back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 6th at 5 pm.
