The Waterloo Police Department reports that on Tuesday at about 10:41 pm officers arrested Dave C. Doxstader, age 54 of 2953 Cherokee Lane in Waterloo, for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08 BAC or Higher, Aggravated DWI .18 BAC or higher, Unsafe Backing, and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident. Officers report the charges stem from an accident at a Village of Waterloo business where it is alleged that Doxstader struck a vehicle, then left the scene without reporting the accident. Doxstader was located at his home, andafter investigation, was taken into custody for DWI. Doxstader was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on August 8th at 9:00 am.
